Oil obtained from the fruit of the Organic olive tree (Olea Europea Hoffm and Link), either by mechanical procedures, or by other physical means (especially thermal) that do not cause deterioration of the oil; that has not undergone any other treatment than washing, settling and filtering and whose organoleptic characteristics turn out to be impeccable.

Keep at room temperature, it is advisable not to exceed 25 ºC. Store in a closed container and away from direct light.

Olive oil at temperatures below 16 ºC can start to cloud, this is a natural and reversible process that does not affect the quality or expiration of the product.

Juice carefully extracted (squeezed) on the 1st day of harvest from cold-milled green olives on the same day of harvest.
Obtaining an oil with aromas of green fruit, freshly cut grass, with a high fresh flavor, astringent on the palate and a slight touch of bitterness and itching.
Beginning the collection at the beginning of November at the optimum moment of maturation of the olive, (envero). Being careful with the fruit so that it does not suffer any damage and the fruit is healthy.
We dedicate a scrupulous effort in the storage and conservation of the oils.

The Picual variety is one of the most stable varieties, making it very resistant to rancidity and with a higher proportion of Oleic Acid. What gives it nobility and flavor, the fruity flavor of olives prevails. Ideal for a healthy diet.
Its yield is much higher than in other vegetable fats, its volume increases when hot, it has a longer shelf life, preserving its dietary properties better than other fats.
